How do you know if you might have diastasis? Here are some things to look for:
* If you have had multiple pregnancies, especially if they are close together
* Having large babies or twin/multiple pregnancy
* Doing jobs or activities requiring a lot of lifting, bending, and carrying heavier items (even if not pregnant)
* Doing heavy exercise that requires breath holding or Valsalva
* Having connective tissue disorders or other genetic factors!
