From amenity to experience: hospitality and the evolving workplace

Presented by Collectivity Talks: Join us for a panel discussion exploring how hybrid work and changing visitation patterns are reshaping expectations of both workplaces and city centres. As daily attendance becomes a matter of choice, hospitality is emerging as a critical design and business tool – attracting people back to buildings, supporting workplace culture and contributing to the life of the public realm.

Bringing together leaders from the property, hospitality and design sectors – including ST Real Estate, the owner and custodian of Invicta House (226 Flinders Lane) – this forward-looking conversation will examine how hospitality-led ground floors can activate buildings, reposition heritage assets and shape more vibrant and resilient CBD precincts.
