Diseases have caused declines and even extinctions in wildlife for the last century -amphibians are especially vulnerable. Dr. Matthew Atkinson, lecturer at the University of Central Florida, will share the fascinating world of disease ecology with a focus on frogs native to Florida. Dr. Atkinson will also show how scientists are currently researching these diseases and what you can do to help them. This program is recommended for participants ages 12 and up.
