FRITS VAN EEDEN Fare Thee Well ART EXHIBIT OPENING

Melbourne, FL. – Upside Gallery is excited to announce the art exhibit opening of acclaimed artist Fritz Van Eeden which will premiere on Saturday, June 12th, 2021 from 5:00PM-8:00PM, also featuring artist Karin Delagi and saxophone player Fred Cavese!

FRITS VAN EEDEN was born in Tilburg, The Netherlands, in 1944. His family moved to The Hague after World War II. He attended the Rietvald Academy in Amsterdam and was invited to join the Pulchri Art Society of the Hague. Van Eeden became an award-winning sculptor and painter in our local community in 1979. With his extensive residency at the Renee Foosaner Education Center, in Melbourne, Florida, he has trained and inspired countless artists and demonstrated the methods of creating truly heartfelt works of art.

After over 50 years of cultivating artistic passion in our local art community, Van Eeden will be moving back to Holland. We sincerely invite you to view and enjoy his farewell exhibition.

The exhibition will also feature works by KARIN DELAGI. Born in Franconia, Germany, Delagi resides in Melbourne, where she studied watercolor under Ginger Sebeck at the Foosaner Art Museum. She studied acrylic painting under Spanish artist Maria de Rosario-Edrich, with further instruction from Frits Van Eeden.
