Bring your cooker and your secret recipes to Downtown Rogers on October 7-8 to compete in the tastiest contest in Rogers! $3,500 in cold, hard cash and the coveted trophies will be awarded for the top three teams in the "Judges' Choice" for pork and chicken.
This is the official barbecue competition of the internationally-famous Bikes Blues & BBQ motorcycle rally, one of the top 5 rallys in the US. We anticipate selling up to 1,000 tickets for this event, and there will be several thousand people throughout downtown Rogers on this day, exploring our great city.
$3500 in Cash Prizes!
Winners in both Pork and Chicken categories will be awarded cash!
-$1,000 for First Place
-$500 for Second Place
-$250 for Third Place
Register your 4-person BBQ team for $250, and we'll provide you with meat to cook on site using your choice of cooking style and fire source.
Then we'll open the tasting (and judging) from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, 10/8.

The Judges' Choice Award
We have created two ways to be a winner this year in the “Judges’ Choice Award” for pork and chicken. Each team will receive 2 pork butts and 30 lbs of chicken quarters.
A group of individual, non-partisan judges for each of the meat category will sample the participants’ fare and determine who has cooked the best smoked meat. Through voting, the judges will determine the winners for each category of meat. Each category will be awarded $1,000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place, and $250 for 3rd. Additionally, trophies will be awarded for each place for both meat categories.

Buy in advance online to save time - you'll simply scan in and pick up your Taster Kit: 5 Tasting Tickets, a checklist of Competition Teams - and all the napkins you'll need!
Most people will "spend" their Tasting Tickets on tastes from 5 different teams, but if you find one you love, you might want to "spend" all your tickets there!
Do you REALLY love BBQ? Then you might want to purchase a couple of Tasting Ticket packs - so you can have 10 tastes! Or buy one pack and split it between the small kiddos.
Tasting Tickets are ONLY sold in packs of 5 for $15. Additional Tasting Ticket packs may be available at the event while supplies last.
