Event Overview
Join us for the annual Trick-or-Treat on the Riverwalk! Bring your family for an evening of Halloween fun, participate in the costume contest, and receive a FREE pumpkin from Dionisio Produce and Farms.

Trick-or-Treating
•Candy will be handed out starting at 4:00 PM and will end when there is no more candy or at 8:00 PM, whichever comes first.
•The trail is ONE-WAY clockwise; please follow the directional signs.
•The trail can be entered at any area and time.

Mini Pumpkin Patch
•Pumpkins will be available on the Riverwalk’s Confluence Plaza grassy hills.
•Pumpkins are first come, first serve and will not be accessible until 4:00 PM.

Event Rules
1. Keep all costumes family-friendly.
2. No masks for adults or children over 12 that may frighten others.
3. No costume accessories resembling weapons.
4. No silly string, blow horns, or any powdery substances.
5. Maintain appropriate behavior and supervision for all children.
6. Respect the Riverwalk property and decorations.
7. Personal photography is allowed; event staff may also take photos or video for promotional purposes.

Costume Contest Rules
Contest Categories:
1. Family – Any group or family costume
2. Ages 0–2
3. Ages 3–7
4. Ages 8–12
How to Enter:
1. On-Site Online Registration & Self-Service Photo: All participants must register online on-site at the Pueblo Riverwalk Costume Contest Photo Station, located at 101 S Union Ave, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
2. Participants must take their own photo at the self-service photo station. Only photos taken at this station will be accepted.
Contest Guidelines:
1. Costumes must be appropriate for all ages.
2. Participants may enter only one category.
3. Photos must be taken at the designated self-service photo station; entries without a proper photo will not be judged.
Judging & Prizes:
1. All entries will be judged by the HARP Authority judging committee.
2. Judging criteria may include creativity, originality, effort, and presentation.
3. Winners in each category will be posted on the Riverwalk Facebook page. 4. Top 3 contestants in each category may receive special recognition.
5. By entering, participants agree to the decisions of the judges, which are final.
Media Release: By participating, parents/guardians agree to allow The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo to use photos or video of participants in publications, news releases, social media, and other communications related to the event.
Additional Notes: - Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their planned photo time to allow for registration and photo setup. - Costumes should not interfere with other participants or event operations.
