When Halloween Friday rolls in, Wellington belongs to the night owls. The Fright Night Crawl isn’t just a bar hop — it’s a moving costume party across the city’s nightlife. On October 31st, 2025, expect packed dance floors, creative costumes, and drinks that only appear once a year.

From vampires to movie icons, everyone shows up ready to make a scene. Grab friends or roll solo — either way, you’ll be part of a city-wide takeover with:

🎶 High-energy sets from DJs spinning Halloween remixes and party favorites

👻 Venues transformed with spooky themes and live entertainment

• Check-In | 7:30–10:30 PM: Pick up your wristband at the opening venue.
• Main Crawl | 8:30–11:30 PM: Explore middle stops at your own pace.
• Finale | 11:30 PM–2 AM: Everyone comes together for the closing party.

• Be early: no wristband pickup after 10:30 PM.
• Can’t make check-in? A friend can pick yours up.
• Costumes encouraged — just leave the props that could be mistaken for weapons at home.

• Age & Entry

18+ only. Valid government-issued ID required at every stop.

• Wristbands

Your wristband is mandatory for venue entry. Pick up during the check-in window (7:30–10:30 PM). No late pickups.

• Tickets & Refunds

All sales are final. Non-refundable, non-transferable. If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued automatically (excluding processing fees).

• Venue Rights

Venues may refuse entry for intoxication, capacity, dress code violations, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds if refused.

• Capacity

Entry is first-come, first-served at each stop. Wristband does not guarantee instant access if a venue is full.

• Self-Guided

This is a self-paced crawl. Use the digital map to move between venues. Not all venue staff may be aware of crawl details — use the event contact info if needed.

• Drink Specials

Offered by venues; may change without notice.

• Conduct & Costumes

Offensive or dangerous costumes may lead to denial of entry without refund. Disorderly conduct can result in removal.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate at your own risk, including but not limited to alcohol-related incidents, injury, illness, property loss, or actions of other guests. Organizers and venues are not liable for damages before, during, or after the event. By attending, you waive any claims against the organizers, partners, and venues.
