GIRL POWER provides fun, creative and interactive well-being workshops for girls. Our workshops are based on positive psychology principles and delivered by way of fun, creative and engaging activities. Girls come away from our workshops knowing themselves better, understanding the power they have over their own lives and with increased social awareness.
In this half day workshop, FRIENDSHIP ROCKS for girls 10 - 12 yrs, we will explore the essential elements of healthy and supportive friendships. We'll discuss how to make new friends, build trust, communicate effectively, and strategies to manage conflict. The topics will be explored through fun interactive activities that encourage teamwork and self-reflection, helping each girl recognise the value of kindness, mutual respect and staying true to one's own values.
