Friendsgiving Dinner

Welcome to our new culinary dinner series by Chef Emily Brubaker, created around the idea that the best meals are the ones that bring people together.
Each gathering will offer something entirely its own, with a new setting, a new story and a thoughtfully curated menu shaped by the season, the occasion and the people joining Chef Emily at the table.
Expect intimate evenings, unexpected pairings and a more personal way to experience the culinary talent of Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
Friday, November 20 — Friendsgiving
Location: Costa Del Sol Terrace
Chef Emily Brubaker welcomes back Chef Adam Solowitz, now Executive Chef at Omni PGA Frisco, for a special evening of seasonal flavors and culinary collaboration.
