This month for our Friends4Lunch event, we have decided to shake things up. On Tuesday, August 11, at 11:30 a.m., we will be hosting this free networking event at Pita & Naan in downtown Lincoln. As always, the event is free to attend; all you have to pay for is the food you order!
Since the Project O Street enhancements have taken over parts of downtown, the businesses in that area have been feeling the strain of less foot traffic and business due to the construction.
While the construction and updates will serve all of the Lincoln community and the businesses down there, currently, these businesses are seeing a drop in customers due to this.
At Strictly Business, we are passionate and motivated to support local businesses and organizations and are excited to host our event at one of these amazing downtown restaurants. For the month of August, we are planning to have this month’s event at Pita & Naan, located at 1434 O St, Lincoln, Ne 68508.
This family run restaurant specializes in a fusion of Mediterranean and Eastern food with options like signature curry dishes, chicken shawarma, gyros, falafels and more! Opening in 2022, by the Attaie family, the family has been involved in the Lincoln food industry for over 32 years and are passionate about serving the community good food. Along with the incredible dine in food, they also offer catering services for your events and can be inquired about through their website.
While the construction is going on, Pita & Naan shares that there is parking available on Centennial Mall, P Street, N Street and the University Square Parking Garage.
These events provide a casual setting for guests, business owners or anyone else to learn more about the Lincoln business and nonprofit scene as well as Strictly Business as a publication. We cannot wait to connect with all of you! These events are completely free to attend. All you will pay for is what you eat and drink. With that being said, we are very lucky to be able to host these monthly networking events. So if you come every month, or you’re a first timer for Friends4Lunch, anyone who likes doing great things in Lincoln, is invited!
