You are warmly invited to the launch of Friends of Woodfield 24, a new community group for relatives, friends, and loved ones of people who have received end-of-life care from Woodfield 24 Care.
This launch is the first step in building a group shaped by the people who attend it.
It will be an informal, welcoming event designed to bring people together, and begin shaping this new group. There is no expectation to speak or take part in everything. You are very welcome to simply come along, listen, and enjoy the tea and cake.
The event will include:
- A short welcome sharing feedback gathered in advance about what people would like from a Friends of Woodfield 24 group.
- A brief introduction to the Woodfield 24 ethos from a member of the team, reflecting the values that guide the care they provide
- An opportunity to share your ideas of what Friends of Woodfield 24 could do
- Space to chat, enjoy the refreshments and get to know each other.
Anyone with a connection to Woodfield 24 Care is welcome. Come on your own or with someone else, and take part in whatever way feels right for you.
