Visit the Friends of the Portage District Library in the lower-level meeting rooms to browse a wide range of adult and children's books. DVDs, CDs, puzzles, and antique books are also for sale.
The Friends of the Portage District Library is an independent, non-profit organization that assists the library with funding for special projects and programs.
Materials for sale are typically 3 for $1.00. Special-priced books range from $1.00 and up.
The Friends accept cash or checks only.
If you are interested in a Friends of the Portage District Library membership, you can attend a pre-sale event from 4-5:30pm on the day before the public sale.
