The Junior Women’s League of Smithfield invites you to join us on February 20th at 6:00pm for JWL's Friends of the League community event at the Johnston Medical Mall. This will be an evening of networking and connecting with nonprofits from across Johnston County. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to mingle and speak directly with nonprofit leaders about their meaningful initiatives and explore how everyone is able to proactively support their efforts.We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers from Cleveland Area Backpack Buddies, Isaiah 117 House, and Period Kits NC. These speakers are a small representation of the many who serve as a catalyst for constructing a better place for us to live by fostering the culture of giving. Each speaker will have a dedicated time to discuss their outreach and services, as well as their experiences partnering with our league this year.
JWL is excited to introduce you to these local organizations who support the residents of Johnston County. It is our hope that this event will empower and inspire all who attend. Join us in showing our appreciation for those making positive change in our community for generations to come!
