Friends of Navy Sailing (FONS) 2024

We're gathering back in Annapolis to socialize and cheer on the Navy Sailing teams at FONS 2024!

Schedule for S aturday, 14 September

1300-1400: FONS In-briefings @ Akerson Theater, Terwilliger Center (inside Gate 1)

• Welcome by Superintendent VADM Yvette Davids, Program update from DNAS, and spectator boat assignments

1400-1600 : On the Water spectating (IC and Offshore Regattas)

• 420 and FJ R acing
• Navy 44 Shields Regatta

1800-2100: "Sail Navy Dinner Social" with the teams and staff at the new USNI Taylor Center on Hospital Point

• Catered by Julie St. Marie Catering and Events (Pulled Pork Sliders, Southern Style Fried Chicken Sliders, Jumbo Shrimp, Mini Corn & Edamame Quesadillas, Mac & Cheese Bites, Mini Corn Dogs, Chicken Satay, Deviled Eggs, Miniature Cupcakes, Tart Assortment.)
• Open Bar included
• Dress: Casual
