Vibrant & Safe Downtown is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS guidelines. The Fair Market Value (FMV) for each adult ticket is $40, while child tickets have an FMV of $0. We recommend consulting your tax advisor for specific advice regarding your tax situation.
