Set beneath the evening sky in our courtyard (weather permitting), this demonstration-style dinner invites guests to slow down, connect, and experience an unforgettable night of food, craft beer, and hospitality.
Designed as a modern chef's table, the evening combines live culinary demonstrations, storytelling, and a thoughtfully curated four-course menu inspired by the flavors of summer. Throughout the evening, Chef and the Flor Fina team will share techniques for effortless entertaining; from seasonal preparations and grilling to elevated backyard favorites, while Barrie Haus guides guests through expertly selected craft beer pairings created to complement each course.

In the spirit of giving back, a portion of the proceeds from this dinner will benefit, a foundation dedicated to supporting Florida’s hospitality workers through financial assistance, wellness programs, and community resources. Their mission is to ensure that the individuals who pour their passion into serving others are cared for in times of need.
Guests will also have the opportunity to make an additional donation at checkout to further support Out of the Weeds and their important work for our hospitality community.
