The Friends of Abilene State Park is a group of interested citizens that actively support the park. Meetings are held at 6 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Abilene Public Library's South Branch (located inside the Mall of Abilene). Attending the meetings requires no sign-up and new members are always encouraged!
These meetings are a collaborative effort to plan and coordinate events taking place at Abilene State Park, like Halloween in the Park.
