Anyone from any team is welcome to come skate with us. We also encourage referees and NSOs to join, whether you have done it for a game or are just starting to learn. We hope to have enough participants to do a scrimmage after a brief warm up, so bring your black and white shirts with names and numbers on the back please. And the number of Referees and NSOs will depend on how many volunteers we get. If we don't have enough skaters to scrimmage then we will just run a full pratice with contact drills. All are welcome and there is no cost to participate.
