Need an exercise buddy? Join our running team for a weekly run/walk. We meet at the Friends For Life parking lot (107 East 22nd Street) at 7:15 pm. The runners follow a 4-mile route, while the walkers take a 3-mile route. You don't have to be part of our FFL Running Team to join us on Mondays. Anyone is invited (humans and social dogs). See you there!
