All of the fun of our Friends' Discovery Camp, designed to be inclusive for children with disabilities and their peers, coupled with Scenic City Equestrian! During FDC at Scenic City Equestrian, campers will experience daily riding instruction, equestrian care and all the other benefits of the museum’s inclusive camps like building a relationship with their Big Buddies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Our Friends' Discovery Camps (FDC) are inclusive camps designed for children with disabilities and their typically developing peers. One free membership will be awarded per family upon completion of this camp. If your family already has a membership, the newly awarded membership will extend the current membership one year beyond the date of completion.
CDM will continue to Play It Safe by:
- requiring masks for all visitors, staff and volunteers ages 5 and up
- conducting a no-contact health screen and temperature check on a daily basis
- limiting camp capacity
