This year we offer another captivating program performed entirely on period (historical) instruments. Entitled Friends & Rivals, this program features music of Bach's close friends, some of whom contended with him for certain positions. Music featured will include music by Handel and Telemann among others.Featured performers are Celina Boldrey, baroque violin; Lisette Kielson, treble recorder; S. Blake Duncan, baroque oboe, oboe d'amore, and recorder; Stephanie Hunt, cello; and Polly Brecht, harpsichord.
