FRIENDS: A Weekly Co-ed Circle (4 sessions)

This circle will be 4 weeks long, with the same group all 4 weeks. The intention behind it is to create a space where you can grow in your relationship with yourself and form genuine friendships with like-minded people. Forming authentic friendships takes time- which is why this is a closed circle with the same group all four weeks.

If you want deeper, more meaningful friendships- this is for you! All activity supplies will be included.

Each week will look something like:

6:00 -6:45- A game, activity, or craft that we will do together to ease into getting to know one another in a low pressure, fun environment.

6:45-6:50- Guided sound healing/meditation to transition

6:50-7:10- Journaling (New theme weekly. Topics could include: rewiring limiting beliefs, how to show up better in our relationships, talking about the qualities we appreciate in others and how we can embody them more, etc)

7:10-8:00 discuss thoughts on the prompts and sip on organic tea together

Dates for this circle: Mondays (6-8pm) May 4, May 11th, May 18th, May 25th

If you’re interested in joining, I recommend reserving as soon as possible as I will cap the circle at 12 people to keep the exchange intimate and prevent feelings of crowdedness.
