Friendology - Building Blocks to Healthy Relationships
This course is for those who are 6-14. Child attends free when parent attends the course with them! (Parents there is a special classs just for you. See details below) This workshop is designed to be engaging and interactive. Please ensure your child can participate fully without distractions.
This course is a fun and interactive class that will engage your child to recognize red and green flags and make bold and positive decisions for themselves. They will be more confident standing strong in who they are and what makes them so unique.
- The power of self-awareness: How your emotions, past experiences, and lifestyle influence the relationships you build.
- Building a strong foundation: Understanding the role of community in your friend/family circles.
- Friendship fundamentals: Tools for building and maintaining healthy, supportive friendships.
Parents: Parent Coach, Rachelle Bertini, will be providing her own expertise on how to cultivate calm, support stress and repair connection. She will provide practical tools on how to build an internal calm and emotional steadiness as a parent. You will also get strategies to use for both you and your child during stressful situations and explore effective ways to repair and reconnect after moments of conflict.
