FRIENDLY FIGURES: Soft Glass Bear Beads with Han Duong

Learn how to make cute bear beads to enhance your jewelry or make free-standing bear figurines with soft glass! This class will focus on making body parts and adding limbs/details to your figure beads. This class will be excellent to grow existing flameworking skills. Prior glass experience is not necessary but encouraged.  

What to expect: Flameworking with soft glass requires a little practice at heat control with the torch to create successful sculptures. After demonstrations, students will have time on the torch to hone their skills. Read more about how to prepare for class on our Registration Info page. 

Eligibility: No previous experience required. Open to ages 14 and up.

Pick-up: The glass needs to cool down overnight, so the students will have to return to UrbanGlass once notified to pick up their work.
