We are also excited to be tasting Valley Shepherd Creamery Cheeses: Located in Long Valley, New Jersey, the creamery crafts award-winning, small-batch cheeses inspired by European traditions. Each cheese is handmade on the farm using milk from their own sheep, goat, and cow herds, aged in a dedicated cheese cave.
