VIP Ticket Line: Skip the regular entry lines and enjoy fast-track access to The Delancey.

Complimentary Drink: Each VIP ticket comes with a complimentary drink of your choice.

Access to All Floors: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of our multi-level nightclub. Dance and mingle across different floors, each with its unique vibe.

Amazing Sounds and DJ: Get ready to dance the night away to top-notch beats and tunes curated by our talented resident DJs.

Beautifully Crafted Cocktails: Savor a wide selection of expertly crafted cocktails from our skilled mixologists.

Event Guidelines and Policies:

Age Requirement: All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to enter the event.

ID to Enter: Please ensure you bring a valid ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser for entry.

Event Timing: The DJ set will kick off at 10 PM, and the party will continue until 3 AM when the doors close.

Refunds and Cancellations:

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies (including COVID-19), employment issues, traffic, parking, transportation problems, etc. In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Entry Denial:

We reserve the right to deny entry to any ticket-holder without providing a refund due to reasons such as disorderly behavior, failure to comply with venue rules, inappropriate attire, intoxication, reaching venue capacity, security breaches, or other restrictions. Changes in talent or promised amenities will not be grounds for a refund.

Support and Complaints:

If you encounter any issues during the event, please report them within 5 calendar days following the event date to be eligible for support or compensation. You can reach out to us at https://www.thedelancey.com/ for assistance.

Event Booking:

By purchasing a VIP ticket, you gain access to the specific event, date, start time, and end time stated on the ticket. Failure to attend the event will result in the forfeiture of your ticket, and no refund will be provided.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing tickets, you agree to release The Delancey from any liability or claims for damages that may occur during your attendance and participation at the event, including personal injury or damage to personal property, regardless of negligence on our part.

Indemnity:

By purchasing tickets, you accept to indemnify and hold The Delancey harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, resulting from your compliance with this indemnity clause. You also release The Delancey from any claims or demands against the venue.

Agreement:

Placing an order for a VIP ticket confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this policy, which constitutes a binding contract between you and The Delancey. Get ready for an extraordinary VIP experience at The Delancey!
