March in Oklahoma is chaos in a trench coat; but no matter the weather, The Meat & Cheese Show will be “California Dreamin’” for Friday Supper Club ☀️ We’re leaning into California coastal cuisine—bright, produce-forward, and obsessed (respectfully) with what’s starting to trickle in at peak freshness. Think strawberries, avocados, tender greens, asparagus, and those final weeks of citrus that deserve a proper send-off.
And it wouldn’t be a California dinner without some serious California wines in the mix. Details:
