Snooks La Vie and Nikko Kipridis

Hailing from South Australia, Snooks La Vie (vocal, harp) and Nikko Kipridis (vocal, guitar) are an acoustic duo with a rollicking, bare-bones, no-frills country-blues sound.Friends for many years, mutual admiration for each other’s work in their respective award-winning bands led them to collaborate back in 2010 with the aim of doing some ‘fun’ gigs, playing the classic blues, country & folk songs they were crazy for and they haven’t stopped since.Both strong singers and fiery instrumentalists, their sets these days largely showcase their original tunes with gut-bucket delivery, though be warned - you may glimpse the ghosts of old blues heroes hovering close by!

Kathie Renner

Singer-songwriter, Kathie Renner, is an Adelaide based Australian artist. Inspired by the likes of Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell and Sting, she loves interpreting songs by others as well as her own work. She has recorded 7 albums and toured abroad many times, and is currently in rehearsals for a brand new Australian musical called "A Box Of Memories" which is due to tour the US in July. Tonight she will present a selection of jazz, pop and folk songs for your listening pleasure.
