Friday Night Strongman is back on January 30th, and this month we’re training the Log Clean & Press.This is a coached, collaborative strongman training night — not a competition. We’ll break down how to clean the log efficiently, find a strong rack position, brace correctly, and press overhead without beating up your shoulders. You’ll build to challenging weights at your level with coaching and feedback throughout.
All experience levels are welcome. New to strongman? This is one of the best ways to start. Experienced lifter? Come sharpen your technique and push some weight with the crew.
The session runs 6:00–8:00 PM at ATR, (1408 E 13th St). We’ll warm up, train the log, and hang out after — pizza provided around 7:00 PM.
This event happens once a month, which is what makes it special. Athletes regularly drive in from Cheyenne, Northern Colorado, and Southern Wyoming to train together.
Free for members and Non-members. No special equipment needed — just bring workout clothes, water, and a good attitude.
