Finish your week with a clear head and a light heart. 🌬️✨Whether you need a one-time "reset" or a regular place to let go, join us at Balance Yoga Meridian. We (Norm and Toni) are hosting bi-weekly Somatic Breathwork sessions, and we’d love to have you in the room.
What is Somatic Breathwork? Unlike everyday breathing, this is a guided technique that helps you tap into your body's "soma" (the physical body) to release stored stress, quiet a racing mind, and reset your nervous system. It’s a powerful way to move out of "survival mode" and into a state of deep peace.
New to Breathwork? If you’ve been curious but haven’t made the leap, this is your invitation. We keep things personal, safe, and down-to-earth. You don’t need any experience—just show up as you are.
First-Timer Special: Your very first session is only $20! (Regularly $35).
To our Regulars: We love seeing this community grow! These sessions are designed so you can drop in whenever your soul needs it. Come back to reconnect with your breath and that familiar "SomaYama glow."
