You’re reading that right! We’re bringing it back! Join all your swolemates Friday evenings at 6PM from October 8-29 for FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! Each of these four Friday nights, Guns Out will host some friendly camaraderie and competition. Here’s how it works:
1. Athletes will have until the prior Thursday at Noon to sign up via the Google Drive Form. You can change partners each week if you’d like, but it is certainly not required. Events will be kept simple with Male/Female RX and Male/Female Scaled.
2. Heats will be put together and the WOD will be released at noon each Friday.
3. Each week, there will be one winning team based on the parameters of the event.
4. This Friday Night Lights will charge NO ENTRY FEE and will not have prizes. With the exception of bragging rights, obviously!
5. Calling our volunteer judges! If you would rather not workout, come join the fun and be a judge! A separate Google Form will be available for anyone who wishes to judge without competing. Should we not have enough volunteer judges, we will require the scaled and RX divisions to judge each other. For example, RX will judge for Scaled teams and vice versa.
