Bring your drum, or use one of the LHSC drums, or simply sit or lay and receive the vibrations for letting go of any stuck energy in the body and in your auric field. Led by Mark Holter, we will have a variety of adventures using the power of the drum to open up the heart, let go of the monkey mind, connecting to Mother Earth, and shifting the stagnant.
Plus, drumming has proven research related to accelerated healing, raise white blood cell counts, boosting the immune system, and aiding in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that!
