Friday Morning Sound Baths in the Coop

Come join us for a rejuvenating start to your Friday at our Sound Baths event! Held at the Cooper City Pool & Tennis Center Park, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations that will help you relax and reset for the weekend ahead. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on as you let the sound waves wash over you. Let's kick off the weekend right with some good vibes and relaxation!

What to Bring:

1. Your favorite yoga mat or blanket for base (all year round), snuggliest pillow (all year round), and a blanket or sheet (may not be necessary during the summer months unless indoors) to keep you cozy throughout the session.
2. A pair of socks to keep your feet warm. Feet tend to get cold when the body shifts into parasympathetic (rest) mode.
3. Eye Masks are highly encouraged. “Eye masks create an enhanced experience that will transport you to another world.” Available at the event for purchase for $1.00 (please bring exact change).
4. Your favorite water bottle to keep hydration levels up to par.
5. Last, but not least….. Please come with an open heart and mind, and a willingness to let go and surrender to the powerful and potential healing benefits of vibrational sound therapy. Sound baths can bring so many positive benefits into your life.

Cancellation Policy-

Cancellations WITHOUT refund are allowed up until 48 hours before the scheduled event. Your ticket credit may be used at a future event of equal or lesser value.

Cancellations after 48 hours as well as no-shows will be forfeited.
