BadAZ Balboa kicks off on Friday, March 29th with a welcome dance at One Oh One Gallery on Main St. in Mesa (101 W. Main St, Mesa). We have brought together some of our favorite local DJs who will be showcasing the best music for your dancing pleasure from 8:30pm until midnight. ANSWER: While the weekend classes and contests will be focusing on Balboa, the dances are open to all dance styles. Everyone there will be doing Lindy, East Coast, Shag, Charleston, etc., in addition to Balboa.
We are excited to have guest DJ Ash Coco, guest DJ Peach, and guest DJ Morgan Day!! The music is going to be SO GOOD.
**VERY IMPORTANT**
All sign-ups for the Open Balboa Mix-N-Match & the Open Balboa Strictly open promptly at 8pm Friday Night. The prelims for the Mix-N-Match will take place Saturday at 4:30pm at Z Room Mesa and the prelims for the Bal Strictly will take place at 5pm at Z Room Mesa. The finals for both will take place Saturday night. First come, first served. $10 per person to sign up, $20 per couple.
Classes start 11am Saturday at Z Room Mesa!
Weekend passes are still available for only $150.
