"General Admission '' started out as a small jam session between two high school freshman friends, Seth Gustafson (percussion) and Dylan Drake (Guitar). It wasn't until several years later when they recruited Carter Searcy (vocals) in order to perform some of our favorite indie/pop songs at Cheyenne Mountain High school's annual Senior Banquet. Ever since then, General Admission has appeared at various events all over Colorado Springs such as house parties, coffee shops, parks, pools, work events, and more! Each event brings the whole band a great joy to perform, but we can't tell you how excited we are to be playing at Jives Coffee Lounge on Friday, August 2nd, as we'll make sure to incorporate something for everyone ranging from pop, indie, country, and rock while mixing in some classic tunes!
