Friday Gong Bath

The season of Sagittarius is the perfect time to celebrate what we have learnt and tranformed into during the Scorpio period! It is a time of optimism and abundance. We will harness this energy during our transformation gong bath.

I invite you to let go and allow yourself to be transported to another state of consciousness. In this gong bath, beautiful visuals merge with the powerful and healing frequencies of the gong. All you need to do is bring a blanket to get cosy with. We will provide the yoga mats.

About the gong:

The gong is a beautiful and powerful healing tool. Its frequencies have the power to guide us into an altered state of consciousness where we can experience deep relaxation. These frequencies enable our brain to create alpha, delta and theta brain waves, the same brain waves we experience when relaxed, in meditation or in a deep sleep.

This can result in more mental clarity, physical energy and can even transport us to a dreamlike state, somewhere between sleep and our normal waking state where healing can take place on a cellular level.
