This is our Full Body Friday 🔥
Every Friday we finish the week strong by giving everything we’ve got. No holding back, no saving energy for later.
We’ll start with a full-body stretch to open everything up, wake up the muscles, and get the body ready to work.
Then we go straight into our strength work: 40 seconds of work / 20 seconds of rest
Controlled, intentional, and powerful from start to finish.
We’ll move through the entire body, building strength, endurance, and that end-of-week burn that lets you know you showed up for yourself all week long.
To finish it off, we’ve got one final finisher 🔥
120 seconds. No breaks. Just grit.
Then we bring it all down with a deep cooldown stretch to reset the body and leave feeling strong, loose, and accomplished.
