Seasons are starting to change, kids are back in school, take some time to relax & unwind! Join River Roots Mental Health & Wellness for a special weekly 75-minute Friday flow targeting mind & body. Stretching for flexibility & letting go of stress & tension. Holding poses to strengthen you from the inside out, slow flow to work on controlled movement, balancing poses to calm the chatter in your mind, breathwork to calm your nervous system, and guided mediation to soothe your mind. Led by a Yoga teacher who is also a Licensed Mental Health Professional
