Let's move together!
Wear comfortable clothing and prepare for a fusion fitness practice guided by music and inspired by dance, martial arts, and healing arts. Round yoga mats are provided.
Classes will be held Fridays, September 5th-26th from 10:00-11:00am at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County in the North Room (from the front door, turn right and proceed to the last door on the right).

Fee:
$15 per class, $48 for full series, $0 solidarity price (for those that cannot pay at this time)
