Join us at the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation Shipyard September 24th at 3-5pm for a Fika Friday! Fika is a Swedish term meaning mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee/pastry break. At the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation we've evolved it to fit any excuse for a snack and social hour. This event is for returning educators, volunteers who are interested in joining our crew, and folks new to the KNF family. It will be an opportunity to meet the newest members of our education staff, Marygrace and Kyle. This casual event will be an opportunity to hear about exciting new projects, and learn about our upcoming Volunteer Educator Training program.
