Friday Fiesta After School Program
At Grow Wellbeing we are committed to offering groups and activities that are diverse, fun, interactive, and therapeutic. In all our groups, we provide the opportunity for all participants to develop their social skills, strengthen their emotional wellbeing, and build their self-identity.
• Time: 4pm-6pm
• Date: 26/07/2024
• $120.00 per session,Includes Food & Drinks,NDIS participants are welcome.
• Price is inclusive of all food/drinks
• Location is the Grow Wellbeing Office
• Activities on offer: Laser tag, lego, painting/drawing
• Food is provided by Brava La Parrilla Food Truck (Argentinian Food). There will also be opportunities for the child to cook with a professional chef!

A safe, friendly structure social skills training group that enables a NATURAL environment for children to experience positive social interactions and support each other to practice and develop our social and life skills.

Fun, safe and highly supportive social skills group that will develop your child’s social and life skills while making friends, and enjoying their after school recreation time.
Key goals and skills your child will develop:
Social skills development
-Developing friendship and relationship skills (Clinical framework area 3)
-Completing greetings and initiating conversation
-Sharing and listening skills (In between activities)
-Empathy and caring for fellow participant
Wellbeing skills development
-Linking movement (Interception) to healthy living and stress management (Coping strategies to manage stress)
-Regular reviewing of clients values, interests and strength (Building healthy self-esteem)
-Reviewing healthy routines and good living habits (sleeping, tablet/screen time vs having a mixture of activities/interests)
