Friday Evening Fireside Sound Bath

On the third Friday evening of each month, join me for a deeply relaxing and fully immersive sound meditation. I will take you on an inner journey into the lower states of consciousness, where your body melts into deep relaxation, helping you to let go of any stress, anxiety or negative thoughts.
Experience the soothing waves of sound created by the Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Gong, shamanic drum and gentle percussion.
Therapeutic sound allows the whole body to move into a healing state, that is integrating, uplifting & rejuvenating.
Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are available, but you are encouraged to bring your own favourite items, blankets and Oodies to ensure your comfort and total relaxation. Please also bring a water bottle.
Doors open 6.20pm for 6.30pm start
