Melissa's original choreographed movement sequences offered in Cardio Dance Fitness are created to inspire you to move rhythmically and joyfully while enhancing your mind body connection and improving coordination, balance, and strength. Cardio Dance Fitness is for adults of all fitness levels; no dance experience is needed. Participants must bring water and may bring a face towel. FALL SERIES SCHEDULE
SEPTEMBER (4 classes) - 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
OCTOBER (4 classes) - 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th
