After - or at anytime feel free to jump into ocean. Summer is coming and with the heat it will feel super refreshing and detoxing.

Teacher will demonstrate & give clear directions with posture modifications for all levels to enjoy. No pressure to do all the movements. We are a judgement free zone.

This is a beautiful wide open beach, with a cool vibe & inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcOMe to join us.

Blanket or large beach towel, water, SUNGLASSES, & your friends!

Yoga mat not required if you do not have one.The best set up to give a firm & wider surface is sheet/blanket with a Yoga mat under it.

FASTEST:

1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.

2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.

*FREE PARKING:

1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time.

2) The Galleria Mall area and is a 12/15 minute walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge.

*keep in mind, rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain cells do not come over to our event location. A light sprinkle or sea mist can happen during class, bring a cover up.
