Farah "Cocoa" Brown is an American actress, comedian, and writer best known for her roles as Jennifer in For Better or Worse and Lytia in The Single Moms Club. Born in Newport News, Virginia, she began her career in stand-up comedy, performing on shows such as BET's ComicView, One Mic Stand, and Showtime at the Apollo, before transitioning to television with guest appearances on ER and Breaking Bad. She gained wider recognition as Jennifer on Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse, running for six seasons, and received praise for her starring role in The Single Moms Club (2014). She later appeared in Ted 2 (2015), The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story (2016), and had a recurring role as Carla Price on 9-1-1 (2018).

COMEDY CLUB MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED IN BACK OF BUILDING OFF OF PARKING LOT. Shows will be held on the lower level of The Norwood Theatre building.

— Most tables seat 4 total guests. You may be seated with strangers if your party has less than four guests.

— All shows are 17 and over. 21+ to drink.

—2-Item Minimum (soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor)*

— 20% gratuity added to all checks.

— No dress code.

— Shows run about an hour and 15 minutes.

— Doors open 30 minutes prior to show-time. Arriving at least 15 minutes before the show is always a good idea!

— Seating is first come first serve with a strict no-call, no-show policy. Please call us if you are running late!

*The two-item minimum policy requires each guest to purchase a minimum of two items from our menu during their visit, this can include any combination of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages.

Upon entry of the venue, (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner (The Comedy Bar), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Owner") the right to photograph, record, film and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness (collectively, "Footage") and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising and promotion, subject in all respects in Owner's sole discretion.
