Percussive fingerstyle guitar/violin duo Tim McMillan & Rachel Snow will perform a final show in Melbourne before they head over to Germany on their 'Orbit' album tour. Catch them at George Lane on Friday July 5th playing their creative mix of Celtic fusion Goblin folk/rock..
Hailing from the same school on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Australia and now based in Berlin, Germany the duo have performed together for nearly 20 years. Their connection is mesmerising and they are known across the world for enthralling and delighting audiences with up to 140 concerts each year.
The duo’s shared love of travel seeps into their live shows creating a soundscape that moves from Iceland to Scotland, Germany, Italy, Poland, Japan and all the way home to Australia. Along with emotive moments they captivate with athletic guitar stunts, interwoven violin antics and a velvety curtain of vocals.

Audiences join the duo on a wild ride into their gleeful world. Their music pulls at the hearts strings and their stories become increasingly eccentric and outrageous as the show unfolds. Fact and fiction blur into an adventure of highs and lows that will stay nestled in your memory long after the final notes ring out.
Tim and Rachel enjoy the challenge of any stage and can be found performing at festivals, clubs, theatres and in cosy living rooms too. Highlights include performances at Woodford Folk Festival, Australia, opening for fusion guitar legend Al Di Meola at the Dachauer Sommerfest in Germany and supporting hard rock band Ugly Kid Joe on European and Australian tours in 2016/17. The chameleons were also main support for Motorhead's Phil Campbell tour in Germany in November 2018 surprising crowds with their heavy J.S Bach tribute, Celtic rock tunes and acoustic arrangements of metal classics.
