About this Event
Freshly Brewed Poems presents Third Wednesday Open Mic Poetry, Spoken Word, and Storytelling monthly in the Tavern Room at the Tap Yard Raleigh from 7-9pm. Sign up begins at 6:30pm.
Three poems or five minutes each of your choice. After a break we will have a second round if time permits so have additional material.
Got books to sell or a gig to advertize? Bring your merch.
Freshly Brewed Poems is dedicated to mentoring and supporting local creatives. First time at the mic or the 100th, we are here to make you comfortable and accepted.
Free event, donations accepted but not required.
Free parking on street or follow signs for convenient lots.
Tap Yard is at 1610 Automotive Way, Raleigh, NC where Wake Forest Rd coming out of downtown turns into Atlantic Ave at the intersection of Capital Blvd.
