There is nothing — nothing — like an English muffin made with fresh milled flour.In this hands-on class, we’re going beyond store-bought and diving into the flavor, texture, and nutrition of milling whole grains and transforming them into beautifully tender, nooks-and-crannies-loaded English muffins.
What we’ll cover:
🌾 Milling whole grain flour(we will mill in class)
🥣 Dough mixing & fermentation
🖐 Proper shaping for height and structure
🔥 Griddle cooking for that signature crust
