Welcome to the Fresh Idea Exchange (FIX), a focused learning and networking experience for women entrepreneurs to share ideas, ask honest questions, and learn from the lived experience of other local business owners.

Our first FIX meet-up will take place in the café loft of The Wild Hog on the edge of Stratford. Co-owned and operated by husband and wife team Marvin and Wendy Bachert, this third-generation family business offers a unique farm-to-table experience and a warm, welcoming environment for creating new connections.

Guided by FIX Facilitator and Fresh Idea Collective founder Kerry Ramay, we’ll get to know each other while working around business roadblocks and sharing fresh ideas with one another.

FIX is based on the concept that everyone has something valuable to contribute to the conversation. Kerry Ramsay is the founder of the Fresh Idea Collective, a community that supports professional and entrepreneurial women in the Stratford area and beyond through in-person events, online programs, and one-on-one coaching. Her work focuses on helping women build meaningful connections, strengthen their leadership voice, and grow businesses that reflect their values.

With over a decade of experience leading her own business, Kerry is passionate about helping women become more visible and valued in their industries. She believes that when women share their knowledge, support one another, and step confidently into leadership, they create a ripple effect that strengthens businesses, communities, and local economies.
