Join us for a hands-on community workshop! Exploring the art of fermenting and sustainable food storage. Perfect for beginners and curious cooks alike, take away what you make.
This workshop will guide you through the traditional method of making sauerkraut, helping you understand what’s happening in the jar, how to tell when it’s ready, and how to adjust the process to suit your taste. Everything you need is provided, and you will leave with your own creation and a new-found confidence in your skills to carry on at home.
There will be tasters and books to help inspire you on your journey.
